Here are the steps to take to become a real estate agent.
First, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as basic computer knowledge.

- Take and pass a 240-hour affiliated real estate agent training or distance training (courses offered through CEGEP);
- Pass the exam of the Association des courtiers et agents immobiliers du Québec (ACAIQ);
